I would just like to send my appreciation and thank you for the service my mum has received from her carers, Elaine and Leona, over the past few months.
Having never been involved with carers prior to this, they have made my mum feel relaxed and spend the time talking to her and making her important during their allocated time. The carers are very caring, professional and most of all passionate in what they do and help with advice when I have asked for it.
Due to unforeseen circumstances with my husband taking ill recently again, when I needed help most it was your service and my mum's carers that within 24 hours extra help was put in place to care for my mum and ease the burden on myself to concentrate on my husband through his illness.
I know your team like many are under a lot of pressure during these difficult times, but I can only praise and thank yourselves, especially Elaine Leona, and the other carers who have been allocated to my mum.
Thank you for your effort and the joy you take in your roles looking after and caring for people who most need it, it is greatly appreciated.
