"A most satisfactory experience"

About: Bideford Hospital / Pre Operative Assessment

(as the patient),

My pre op assessment at Bideford hospital was a most satisfactory experience.

All the the staff I came in contact with were excellent, they were kind, attentive, easy to communicate with. They explained things throughly and nothing seemed to be to much trouble.

My appointment time was exactly as stated on my calling forward letter and the whole process took around thirty minutes.

All in all, a job well done.
