I had a small booking issue with orthoptics in northern trust. After a prompt resolution of the matter with the services manager Sarah I am happy that my daughter will be seen by the professional service provided as usual.

Hello, my name is Sarah Spence, the head of Orthoptics in the Northern Trust.

Thank you for taking the time to provide some feedback.

I was disappointed regarding the failure of our admin process. This is not the experience we wish our patients to experience. I would like to thank you for bringing this to my attention. The learning from this has been shared with the team.
