"Can't fault my aftercare"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus / General medicine

(as a service user),

Don't remember much about the first hour. Went in hospital at 12:00 and was back home at 18:30 the next evening, feeling as if nothing had been amateur. 

Can't fault my aftercare.
