(as a service user),

Following my heart bypass i was reffered to the cardiac rehab team. I found the 8 week course very informative and crucial to my recovery. Having finished the course i now have the confidence to continue to exercise at home in multiple diciplins knowing exactly how hard to push myself.

I would like to make a special thank you to Anita, Alice, Kimberly and Ellie who are all very knowledgable, approachable and clearly although under pressure offer their expertise with compasion and a smile. All 4 a credit to your service.
