Last week I kept trying to book an appointment and there was simply no way for me to either submit an e-consult via their website, nor via the NHS app, nor to get through them via the phone! I tried again today and nothing, 3 minutes on the phone listening to an automated message only to hear at the end "we are sorry, we are not available to answer your call". I don't know what exactly I should do to get help now...
"Impossible to contact"
