"second opinion consultant visit."

About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford)

Anything else?

my partner was unfourtunate to of sustained a serious shoulder injury in january after a R T A .he had been under a consultant in another NHS hospital trust After getting nowhere and five months later he was still on a long waiting list for surgery,We sought a second opinion. the staff right down from the chap at the help desk to outpatients and the nurses on duty were all extremely helpful and needless to say my partner is now under the care of a brand new top orthapedic shoulder specialist. from start to finish from waiting for his oppointment to his operation date has only been 16 weeks, at QeQm in margate 6 months on we were none the wiser and seriously lacked confidence in the staff and really wernt happy with the lack of dignity and care given.,i shall be back after my partners op to leave another review, very impressed so far.
