My son had a tonsillectomy at NHS Fife.  From the pre-op clinic, through to his discharge post-op, the care was fantastic.

The pre-op assessment ensure my son and husband were fully informed regarding the procedure and he had opportunities to ask any questions.

On the day, the ENT consultant (Hadoura) and anaesthetist (Armstrong) made us feel reassured and safe.  Ambulatory care, theatres and everyone in the team worked hard and we felt very well looked after.  Thank you!

I am delighted to hear that you were kept fully informed whilst attending the ENT pre op assessment and that this continued throughout your son's time within theatres and the ENT ward.

It is really great to hear that you all felt very well looked after. We have a fantastic team of doctors and staff within the ENT department who take pride in ensuring that everyone has a positive experience when coming into ENT. I will gladly share this feedback to the team.
