"I have no massive complaints"

About: South Tyrone Hospital / Ward 2

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have been very pleased with my experience in the hospital there really hasn't been a thing i have to complain about throughout my admission.

Staff have been absolutely lovely there isn't a bad one amongst them, I really think they have all been great and really couldn't do enough.

I haven't really found them easy enough to understand at times I'm a bit confused but that must be my hearing.

I have no massive complaints at all though care has been good

If You are finding it difficult to understand staff please speak with the ward manager or clinical sisters who can take additional time to ensure you aware of what is going in regards to your care whilst in hospital.

Thankyou for taking the time to share your experience whilst a patient in my ward.

Its lovely to hear that the staff were great and that your care you received was of a high standard.

However im sorry that you could not always understand due to hard of hearing.

I will highlight this to my staff to be more aware of this concern.
