I'm very angry and disappointed with the NHS right now, towards my husband. He has been having back and neck pain, accompanied with headache and dizziness and pain in his left arm and foot.
He has been like this since 2019. So far, the GP and Specialist at Basildon have given him different pills for pain, sent him to physiotherapy, that doesn't help, and he has told them.
They never did MRI scan to his spine to make sure it's nothing serious or nothing that needs further treatment. He is depressed and in an extreme pain for years and they aren't doing anything. I understand that they are overwhelmed but you can't let people suffer for so long.
