"The care I received was second to none"

(as a service user),

Today I was sent to ward 16 for some further tests as a precaution due to previous complications during pregnancy.

I was met by Louise, who looked after us during my last pregnancy 2.5 years ago, and I was so relieved to see her.

The care I received was second to none yet again, Louise is a brilliant midwife and I am so glad she was there to reassure me today, with her calm and positive personality! Thanks to the other ward 16 staff, Dr Tiemessen and the ECG tech for your amazing care!
