About: Physical Disability Services / Sensory Support Teams

(as a relative),

Brian, from Sensory Support Services, has been absolutely brilliant & provided fantastic support to both my Mum and me.  (She is registered blind and disabled). Brian has been most informative about services provided by Sensory Support. Through his professional, supportive & very approachable manner, Brian provided loan equipment to assist with Mam’s daily living. She now listens to talking books and loves it. Advice on lighting, phone and loan service all assist Mam with being as independent as possible. Brian provides a vital service to people like my Mum and does his utmost to support them to live independent and fulfilling daily lives. His support is so much appreciated by Mum & me. Thank you Brian. Thank you Sensory Support Services.

Hello Grateful daughter NI, it is wonderful to get this feedback in respect of the support Brian has given to your mother.

Living with a visual impairment can have a huge impact on a person's ability to do daily living tasks and their independence. The support provided by Brian has helped to reduce this impact on daily living for your mother which is fantastic to hear!

I will ensure to pass on this wonderful story with Brian and the wider team.
