(as a service user),

Louise has helped me more than she’ll ever know. She always goes above and beyond for me. Louise can always put on a smile on my face even when I’m having a really bad day. Louise helped me get my new job and has offered me support in every aspect. My anxiety was really bad when I first met Louise and I struggled to go to interview and wouldn’t turn up. Louise supported me and helped me get there, since then my confidence had been a bit better around attending interviews and that’s because of Louise. She does an amazing job.

My role is to encourage and help staff to capture, respond and act upon feedback, to work together with patients and carers to improve services and to raise awareness of volunteering and its benefits within the trust.
