I’ve been with Falkland House for a fair few years now, and I’ve always said how impressed I am with their service and professionalism.

Yesterday reaffirmed my praise!

I called in the morning and got in the queue to speak to reception, it didn’t take too long even though I was 17th in line. Arrange a call back with my Dr, who called within a couple hours.

After discussing my pain, I was booked in for a walk in service X-Ray the same day and booked in for physio for Friday.

I just think the whole team runs the surgery incredible well and others should take a lead from their book.

I can’t recommend this place highly enough! Sometimes you just need to give credit where credits due!
