I’ve been seeing various orthopaedic surgeons over many years, and Lincoln clinic 11 are always great! The waits can be long but I understand that’s because they often have to arrange scans and admissions on the same day so I don’t mind that at all. The reception staff are lovely!
I saw Dr Sakthivel last week and he was kind and efficient as always. He explained my upcoming surgery well and I feel reassured that when the day comes I’ll be in good hands.
The nurse/hca who accompanied him during my appointment was lovely. She had such a good sense of humour, was really sweet and took time to chat for 5 minutes.
I’ve had a lot of issues with various departments at LCH but clinic 11 is an exception, they’ve never let me down and I wish all departments were this thorough, efficient and above all, kind.
