(as the patient),

Words truly cannot express how grateful I am for the care and attention I received during my recent stay in ward 33. Every single member of staff  - from Mrs Mitchell , my consultant down to the ward cleaning staff - was so supportive,  approachable and attentive. Nothing was too much bother for any of them.

I especially want to mention Senior nurse‘s (S/N's) Naomi and Jen and Health Care Assistant (HCA) Nancy and another young girl with blonde hair who’s name escapes me at present. You all do a truly wonderful job and so obviously work well together as a great team
