(as a service user),

We've been trying to get them to address certain issues for over a year now, someone has tried contacting them on my behalf several times, she's either ignored or told someone will get back to her but they don't.

They tell you to contact them via email but never bother to respond, it's no good trying to ignore issues that need to be addressed, when the GP surgery is part of what has caused them.

They still continue to mess around when it comes to my complaint and another issue, my health conditions aren't and haven't been taken seriously.

There is no point in emailing the practice - I haven't received any response.
