My 13-year-old son sustained a pretty nasty fractured wrist whilst playing football. We were advised to attend A&E by 111. From the moment we arrived all the staff were exceptional. My son was so well looked after by everyone - from nurses, doctors, porters, healthcare assistants and radiographers. The ortho Dr and the A&E Dr (Mohammed and Max I think) did a fantastic job of straightening out his deformed wrist. Everything from triage, pain relief, x-rays and finally treatment happened so swiftly and efficiently. Thank you all!
