About: Perth Royal Infirmary / Pre-Assessment Clinic

(as the patient),

I was asked to wait outside room number 1 and Alison would be with me in a minute. Alison came within that minute and introduced herself before taking me into her room. She was very calming, polite and explained what she was about to do. She listened patiently to my “journey story” and I felt was very empathetic. She was efficient and explained all she was doing. 

I don’t think she could have done anything else to make my visit any better - simply a very nice person doing her job well…thank you.

We are very lucky to have such professional and caring nurses in our team who do their best to give every patient a positive experience in our clinic.
