About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Accident & emergency Scottish Ambulance Service / Emergency Ambulance

(as the patient),

I was rushed to hospital with breathing difficulties due to a chest infection. The paramedics who dealt with me were outstanding & an absolute credit to the service.

Despite accident & Emergency department being so busy and under pressure every member of staff encountered from receptionist to student nurse to nurses and doctors were so kind and so caring and made me feel so at ease especially since I was on my own.

The paramedics who were in & out of the emergency department kept checking in on me as they passed throughout their shift
