About: Craigavon Area Hospital / 1 East Gynaecology

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have had a positive experience in the Gynaecology ward. I came in after experiencing gynae-related pain and was immediately admitted from A&E. The staff have been helpful and reassuring. The ward is open and spacious and extremely clean! The only issue I have is that it is not being communicated to me when I am potentially getting home. I know it may still be unknown by the staff, but a little more communication would help ease my anxiety on that end.

Thank you for this feedback I am glad your experience was positive, I am sorry though that you weren't communicated to effectively regarding your discharge. I will ensure I advise staff of this during our ward meetings.
