My mother received Gold Standard care for five and a half years. Treated with respect and dignity and as a unique individual. Dr Oliver and the team are a credit to your trust and the NHS.
Due to care and treatment received my mother had a better quality of life. We as a family had extra time to make memories with her. Her End of Life care planning was timely and reviewed. Every member of the team demonstrated great care and compassion. Communication with Primary Care team excellent. Continuity of care not affected by Pandemic or current pressures on the service.
