About: Doncaster Royal Infirmary

Having been unable to see a GP for several days I was referred to 111 who booked me in at Urgent Treatment Centre, as soon as I walked through the doors the receptionist staff were lovely and welcoming, the doctor was kind and calm and listened to my problems and gave me a solution/treatment instead of just dismissing as has happened previously. I was seen promptly - earlier than my appointment time, and I’ve never felt more at ease and comfortable in a health care setting as I did here! All of the staff in this Centre are a credit to NHS.
