In March 2023 I lost my brother to the cold hands of death and unfortunately for me, that day happened to be my MSc examination day.The whole scary events happened in 2 weeks. When he died I was broken, Shattered and angry at the same time thinking maybe there’s something I could have done better. I couldn’t sleep for days resulted to excess consumption of Diazepam and orphenadrine. Student Life Lounge recommended the Greater Manchester Bereavement Service and ever since the day I spoke with them on phone till this moment they’ve been amazing, took their time to listen to my rants and they pay absolute attention to my mental health.
