Another Outstanding Professional visit to change the catheter by Sister Ashely

The care provided cannot be improved. 

Sister Ashley arrived 30 minutes after I requested, to change the catheter.  The whole procedure was completed within 10 minutes.

This level of professional knowledge and expertise MUST be retained in the NHS.

Thank you Sister Ashley and the Team for such a seamless, professional and caring service.
