"The staff are perfect"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Blossom Ward (Paediatrics)

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

We arrived here yesterday via a GP referral. They referred us to the emergency department, where we only waited for around an hour before being sent to the short stay unit, then into the room we're in now.

The staff are perfect and have been providing us with good feedback and updates too.

We are comfortable here, the facilities are great too. The staff helped us with the pull-down bed and stuff last night too.
