(as the patient),

Recently attended SWAH for a scan.

Reported at reception, asked to complete checklist, and directed to take a seat. Within 7 mins a radiologist introduced herself went through the checklist and explained what would happen.

I was shown into a cubicle which had patient information posters  (including Care Opinion, which prompted me to take  a 📸 so I could post feedback).

The scan was in a mobile unit and after 25 mins job done.
