About: Northwick Park Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a service user),

I have to write to say thank you for the wonderful care I received in A&E this morning. I twisted my ankle on Friday and the swelling hadn’t reduced within 5 days so I attended A&E.

From the security guard giving out the mask to the Dr I saw, I was treated so politely. Caterina the triage nurse was very welcoming and reassuring. The receptionist was efficient, polite and quick. I was seen by triage, who was also kind, then sent for an X-ray which was done very quickly.

I then waited 10 minutes to see a Dr called Patrick, who explained what was wrong and the treatment. Someone I would say is a credit to NPH. I was in and out within 1.5hrs. 

The team today were a pleasure to be seen by. With so much negativity about the NHS, these wonderful people deserve all our praise and thanks.

Its lovely to hear of the positive experience you had and how quickly you were cared for by the whole team. I will of course share your feedback with the department to ensure those mentioned receive their thanks.
