About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Respiratory medicine

(as the patient),

I attended a 6-week pulmonary rehabilitation course at The Peak, Stirling, organised and run by nurses from the respiratory team.

The circuit course was a great introduction to incorporating exercise back into your daily routine. It helped me both physically and mentally.
