"Can't get appointment with GP, even though they told me to make one"

About: General practices in Forth Valley

(as a service user),

My GP told me to make an appointment to see them, but the surgery won't give me one. This can be frustrating, but also makes me agitated, which then affects my mental health I suffer from bipolar disorder.
