(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I am so very grateful for ORB. The groups really help me to look at myself and my triggers. In the holidays when I'm out of routine and can't get to my groups, I do struggle but I'm able to reach out to my Key Worker, Sam and friends that I have made at ORB. I'm also training to be a Peet Mentor which I love because I want to give back.

Hello there,

Thanks for taking the share to give us your valuable feedback. It is great to hear how useful you have found the groups and these have given you new skills to identify and manage your triggers.

We know the holiday periods can be difficult for people to get into service so we are exploring hybrid groups. I am pleased to hear you could still reach out and get support from Sam.

It is amazing you are going to train to become a peer mentor, from your feedback you sound like you have so much to contribute to the service/ other service users.
