Thank you to the team today for a positive experience. Main outpatients receptionist was welcoming and informative. Mr Emmanuel explained current concerns and treatment plan thoroughly and in a way I understood - after a long wait to commence treatment I really appreciated this today, and felt listened to. Finally the pharmacy team were really helpful and explained the process well with obtaining missing items and sorting collection closer to home. Thank you to the team
