"Still working on myself but now I have more information and tools to help me out."

About: Borders Community Services / Wellbeing Service

(as the patient),

Last year I started to lose control over my anxiety and depression. My self-esteem also suffered because of that. I went to my GP in order to get some help. I agreed to get help from a specialist and it did help. Still working on myself but now I have more information and tools to help me out.

The care was good. Had a choice of a phone call, video chat or normal visit so I could adjust it to my work and place of leaving.

Dear BaconRoll

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback for the Wellbeing Service.

I am glad that you sought help from your GP and that you felt the care you received from your Adviser was good. I hope that the tools and information you received continue to help you with your anxiety and depression and improve your self-esteem.

I wish you well for the future and will pass this feedback on to our team who will be delighted to know they have helped.

Thanks again,

Jenny
