(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I arrived to hospital in an ambulance the paramedics were amazing, they got me over to the emergency department just in time. The staff on this ward are good, they have been welcoming and have made me feel comfortable, the communication with the GPs is okay you don't see them much but the nurses have gave me lots of feedback. The wards really clean and I haven't had any difficulty using the facilities they are all working well and in great condition.

It was reassuring to learn of the quick transfer from the scene of the callout, to the emergency department by the paramedics who attended to the call.
