Kept up to date with likely time of surgery.

Atmosphere in ward very calm and efficient which helped to reduce my apprehension.

Similarly anaesthetic team kept me very relaxed and comfortable during the stage of the procedure that I felt most anxious about.

Appreciated meeting the consultant, particularly before the procedure, which again helped to put me at ease.
