About: Sexual Health Services - North Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent (Open Clinic)

(as the patient),

I went to get some more of my pill. The lady that dealt with me was absolutely lovely, very kind and friendly. Most importantly she was very informative.

My appointment was right on time, as it has been the past few times I've been here which is great.

Only negative is that I was given out of date condoms.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on the service you received. It is lovely to hear your positive comments about how friendly and informative the nurse was.

However, I am concerned that you were given out of date condoms. Would you be willing to email me your name, date of birth and which clinic you attended please so that I can ensure that we check the dates on our condoms? However I will act on your feedback and ensure we check the dates of the condoms in all of our clinics. If you would like me to post you some condoms, I'd be happy to do this and am grateful that you have brought this to my attention.
