About: Vale of Leven General Hospital / Day Surgery Unit

(as the patient),

The care and attention I received from the moment I walked into the Day Surgical Unit to the moment I walked out,was great and very reassuring.The staff were there throughout the day giving me the support I needed and were very helpful.They reassured me at every opportunity and also reassured my wife when she made contact. I was quite nervous on going into get my operation but after a couple of minutes I no longer was nervous as all the staff put my mind at ease.

We value all feedback, if we are not getting it right it helps us to try and fix it, if we are getting it right, we are happy we have provided a positive experience for our patients.

We are glad we managed to relieve your anxiety surrounding your operation. Most patients have anxieties coming into hospital, we do all that we can to help minimise this and we are happy we helped put your mind at ease.
