Excellent GP care

(as a parent/guardian),

I recently had to call my GP surgery following my daughter accidentally cutting herself at school and she needed checked out. I called Bourtreehill Medical Practice for advice, I was given a GP triage call and then a appointment with the nurse. All this was less than 90 minutes after my original call to them.

Leigh, the nurse, was great, she was able to reassure us no further medical treatment was needed, such as a trip to A&E. With GP services daily stretched to beyond capacity, I was very grateful for the quick support we got. I always find Bourtreehill a great GP surgery any time we need support. Thank you.

I am so pleased to hear of the support your daughter received from Bourtreehill Medical Practice and she received quick, urgent care needed at the practice without the need to attend hospital.
