"My first Out of Hours experience"

About: Douglas Street Community Health Clinic Lanarkshire Community Services / GP Out of Hours service NHS 24 / NHS 24 (111 service)

(as the patient),

I recently had to to use the Out of Hours service at Douglas Street, which was my first ever experience of it.

From calling NHS 24, being teIephoned with an appointment time and being seen and sent home with instructions, all took apporox 90 mins. Fanastic service! 

Every person I came in contact with was professional and displayed care and compassion throughout. A special thank you to call handler Steven. CSW Nicola who carried out obs on me and finally  Nurse Practioner Fiona. They are all a credit to the service. Thank you!
