(as a service user),

I attended a day surgery at the Victoria Hospital for my elbow and just wanted to say how good my care was. All staff members I met were very honourable and very considerate throughout my surgery appointment. I could not fault them at all.

You hear that many bad things about the NHS in the current environment, however I have wanted to share that the care I received was excellent. All the nursing staff were very nice and pleasant, and kept me informed and cannot praise them enough. Thank you all!

I was delighted to hear the care and treatment you received from the staff was of a high standard and you were made to feel welcomed into the Unit.

It was very comforting to hear how the staff kept you informed throughout your procedure and showed a caring and compassionate nature. This must have been a big relief to you.
