I’d had a couple of health issues so I was sent to the Rapid access clinic in Daisy Hill hospital.
They were so nice and they showed me such care so I want to thank them in that particular. They did a full MOT as they call it and I was there for a couple of hours. They were very caring and asked me if I want a cup of tea, little things like that matter.
They did a thorough check on me. Joanne, she was the nurse and Dr Eileen, she was lovely, and there was a physio, he was lovely too. All round it’s a good story about them all, they were all thorough and caring. I have vertigo, and they tried their best with me with the vertigo, fortunately I didn’t have it that day.
Unfortunately 4 weeks later it has come back but not as bad as it was. My blood pressure had been up and down too so I think they were checking on that as well. I got a phone call out of the blue and I asked what it was for and they said we do an all over assessment of your health. I asked if I need to do anything in particular for the appointment and they just said wear comfortable clothes and that it will take a couple of hours, so I knew all of that in advance. It ran on time and I didn’t have to wait for anything, which is great. I just wanted to say thanks to them.
