(as the patient),

Complete lack of care from the health system 

I have FND and I get relapses.  I was admitted to hospital and the physio referred me to community neuro physio but they rejected the referral without even informing me.

The GP did a referral to the Rapid Access Therapy Team - 5 weeks later I still have not heard anything from them either.....talk about fend for yourself.
