(as the patient),

I'm really pleased with the support, care and commitment given by our ward manager on Eden Ward. We have had a turnaround in the service given/received since her start (for the better) and I'm looking forward to a great summer under her leadership. her therapeutic approach and caring nature has rubbed off on the rest of the team there is a relaxed, supportive, nurturing environment on our ward. Well done,
