About: Craigavon Area Hospital / 3 North Ward

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

This ward at the moment is very busy and for me to try to recover is not the environment I like to be in as I am not used to busy places however I can understand that there is nothing that can be done by this.

Another thing which is a problem for me is that I feel as if it is hard to get staffs attention as they are busy most of the time you can tell they are quiet understaffed at the moment but hopefully this improves. The care has been okay there has been times where I feel as if I am being rushed which I do not like but once mention to them they do apologies and then do it properly.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience of your time on 3 North medical. I am sorry to hear that you felt you were being rushed but glad that when you mentioned this to staff that it was rectified. The wards are very busy at present but please be assured that the staff here aim to deliver the best patient care for all our patients. I wish you well with your recovery.
