"I would just like to say big thank you for your service"

About: Cumberland House Surgery

(as a service user),

I have two children - 5 and 2, I have always managed to get an appointment for them whenever I have called, even throughout the pandemic.

I have even called at 12pm for an appointment for the same day. All the appointments have been face to face which is very reassuring when you have children.

I would just like to say big thank you for your service and keep up the good practice. Majority of my friends complain about their practice, but I am always full of praise of the reception team to the nurses and doctors.
