(as a service user),

I would like to thank Katie at the Beckenham Beacon for being absolutely amazing.

I came to her full of anxiety, crying every time I saw her and feeling like I couldn’t live my life the way I wanted to.

After twelve sessions with Katie I have left feeling so positive and with a completely different outlook to life. I am so excited for my future and feel like I am now living in the moment rather than worrying about the past/future.

The only part I feel sad about is that I will miss seeing her as she was truly a lovely person.
