The Overmills Day Service is very good. My needs, expectations and care are always met.

I think the staff are great, very approachable and always happy to help.

I enjoy all the activities I take part in especially the group quizzes, where there is always some completion. I also enjoy the physical activities such as carpet bowls and putting.

The environment itself meets my needs as a wheelchair user; it is spacious, all on one level and has ramp access.

There is a good variety of meals to choose from and I enjoy all my menu choices.

I have high praise for the management team they are always friendly and approachable.

Nothing at Overmills Day Service can be improved upon. I love coming to Overmills; I would describe the service as a ‘Life-Line’ for me. I have made a few friends and I always enjoy seeing familiar faces. Attending each week definitely helps maintain my good mood.

I am delighted that you describe the staff as great, approachable and happy to help and that you have high praise for the management team who are always friendly and approachable, this means a lot.

It is good to see that as a wheelchair user you find the environment appropriate to your needs. It is important that people enjoy the food provided at Overmills and that you personally find there is a good variety of enjoyable meals available to you.

You describe Overmills as being a life-line to you and that you love coming, as a team we take great pride in making a difference. Thank you for the positive comment that you feel nothing can be improved upon - it will not stop us trying!
