(as the patient),

I recently had a Shoulder Operation at University Hospital Wishaw (Day Surgery). I just wanted to thank all the staff who were extremely positive, helpful and supportive during the preparation for my operation and immediate recovery. 

They created a very happy and pleasant environment and provided excellent patient care - especially Cheryl and Sandra who looked after me. 

It was refreshing to be so well looked after especially in a very busy working environment.
