(as the patient),

I was scheduled to get a blood test in preparation for surgery. I arrived at the location in Downpatrick at the back of the Downshire Hospital and the staff was ready for me upon my arrival. The personnel was helpful and efficient. I am elderly and having this facility so close to my home is important. It is difficult to travel any distance for my medical procedures and I am hoping this location will continue to operate.
