"The care I received was outstanding"

I recently had a gastroscopy and colonoscopy at the endoscopy unit at the Royal Bolton Hospital. I was absolutely terrified at the thought of both procedures, but from the initial call to talk through the process to the actual day, the care I received was outstanding.

The nurses were amazing and put me at ease straight away, and explained what they were doing at each step. I had the sedative offered and didn't feel either procedure. The aftercare staff were lovely. I was home in just over 2 hours. Thankyou to everyone there that day.
